This website is run by Mattress Factory India, V-430, Ground Floor, Behind Govt. Dispensary, Arvind Nagar, Ghonda, Delhi – 110053. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell wholesale. The minimum order is 20 pieces of the 6 x 6 ft size or 40 pieces of the 3 x 6 ft size, and different models can be mixed within the same order.

• All prices are in Indian rupees and, where shown on this site, include GST.
• Models marked “price on request” are quoted against your quantity and delivery city.
• Delivery is free in Delhi and Noida. Elsewhere freight is charged at actuals — see the Shipping & delivery policy.

• You can pay online (card, UPI, netbanking or wallet, processed by Razorpay). We never see or store your card details.
• Outside Delhi and Noida you can choose pay on delivery: a 30% advance is paid online, we dispatch after it is received and the balance is paid on delivery. See the Refund & cancellation policy.
• An order is confirmed once payment (or the advance) is received. We dispatch within 7 to 14 days of confirmation.
• We may cancel an order, for example if an advance is not received; we tell you the reason on WhatsApp.

When you place an order or send an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about it by phone and WhatsApp — for example to confirm your order, send the payment link, share tracking details or tell you about a cancellation.

If you create an account, please keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Reviews, photos and videos you send us are checked before they appear on the site. By sending them you allow us to display them on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
