A manufacturer, not a reseller
A mattress bought from a showroom has usually passed through a distributor and a retailer, each adding a margin. Ours does not. We run our own production line in Ghonda, Delhi — foam bonding, layer cutting, spring assembly, quilting and finishing all happen in one place — and we sell the finished mattresses directly to the trade.
That is why we sell wholesale only. A dealer restocking a showroom, a hotel refurbishing its rooms, a hostel replacing worn berths or an online reseller filling a warehouse can buy the same sheet a retail store sells, at the factory rate with GST already included.
Our 14 models are sold under four brand lines — Bombay Dream, Natural-Care, Ortho-Care and Spring-Touch. They start at ₹1,800 a piece and include Natural Latex Plus, which carries the longest warranty we offer: twenty years. Inside the factory
Bonding, cutting, quilting, spring assembly and finishing all happen under one roof. That is the whole reason a dealer can buy a sheet from us at a price a showroom cannot match.
Bonding the core
Foam layers are glued into a single core on our own line. Bonded builds are pressed and left to set so the sheet keeps its shape under load.
Cutting to size
Cores are cut to 6 x 6 ft, to 3 x 6 ft for single panels, or to a non-standard size you specify for a particular project.
Quilting the cover
Face fabric is quilted in-house — the diamond and floral patterns you see on the models are stitched here, not bought in ready-made.
Assembling the unit
Spring models get their Bonnell or pocket-spring unit built and framed on the same floor, then the core and cover come together.
Closing and finishing
Sides are taped, handles and vents fitted, and the sheet is closed. This is where most of the hand stitching happens.
Checked, wrapped, loaded
Every sheet is inspected, wrapped and stacked with the invoice that carries its warranty terms, then loaded for your transport.
What is checked before a sheet leaves
Core before it is covered
Thickness and build are verified against the model spec while the core is still open — once the cover is on, nothing can be corrected without cutting it back.
Size and squareness
Panels are measured so a consignment of forty sheets actually fits the frames, beds and berths it was ordered for.
Stitching, taping and handles
Seams, side tape, handles and vents are checked sheet by sheet. These are the parts that fail first under hotel and hostel use.
Paperwork on every consignment
The GST invoice leaves with the goods and states the warranty on that model. It is the document your buyer will claim against.

Warranty on the invoice
Warranty is set by model, from 6 months up to 20 years, and the terms are printed on the GST invoice that ships with the goods.
Tracked dispatch
Consignments leave by courier or goods carrier, and the tracking number is shared with you.

Getting them to your godown
We are a factory, not a courier. What we do is get the sheets packed properly, priced honestly and loaded on time — the rest we work out with you before the order is placed.
Freight
Delivery is free in Delhi and Noida. Elsewhere, transport is billed at actuals and depends on your delivery city and how many sheets you are taking. We quote it against your list before you pay anything, so the final figure is never a surprise.
Packing for the road
Sheets are compressed or flat-packed as your transport and your storage allow. Compressed packing suits resellers shipping single pieces; flat packing is the usual choice for a full consignment going straight into a building.
Loading and paperwork
Loading help at our bay is included, and the consignment leaves with the GST invoice and the warranty terms for each model printed on it. Ask us for the vehicle documents you need for interstate check-posts.

We are a manufacturer. Foam bonding, layer cutting, spring assembly, quilting and finishing all happen in our own factory in Ghonda, Delhi, and we sell what we make directly to the trade.

Do you sell single mattresses to individuals?
No, we supply wholesale only. The minimum is 20 pieces of 6 x 6 ft or 40 pieces of 3 x 6 ft, and models can be mixed within one consignment. If you need a single piece, your nearest dealer is the right place.
Which mattresses do you manufacture?
