Shipping & delivery policy

We supply wholesale orders to dealers, hotels, hostels and institutions across India, shipped from our factory in Delhi (V-430, Ground Floor, Behind Govt. Dispensary, Arvind Nagar, Ghonda, Delhi – 110053).

• Delhi and Noida: delivery is free. Payment for these orders is made online at checkout.
• Everywhere else: freight is charged — including Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad. It is the actual amount our logistics partner charges for your consignment; we do not add anything to it, and we confirm it with you before dispatch.
• Whether your address is in the free-delivery area is decided by the PIN code you enter at checkout.

Outside Delhi and Noida you can pay online, or choose pay on delivery: you pay a 30% advance online when you place the order, we dispatch after the advance is received, and you pay the balance on delivery. The full terms are in our Refund & cancellation policy.

We dispatch orders within 7 to 14 days of the order being confirmed. An online-paid order is confirmed once payment is received; a pay-on-delivery order is confirmed once the advance is received.

When your consignment leaves our factory we send you the transport or courier name and the tracking / LR number on WhatsApp, so you can follow it.

If your consignment is delayed, damaged or incomplete, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. Our support team looks at each case and tells you what happens next.
