Refurbishing rooms or opening a new property. Hospitality orders lean towards a softer face and a longer warranty, because a guest remembers the first night and the property remembers the fifth year.
Hostels, schools & staff quarters
Institutional supply: hundreds of berths, hard use, no one rotating mattresses. These orders go firm and flat, usually in the 3 x 6 ft single panel, with the price worked out per piece.
Online resellers & marketplaces
Sellers who list our sheets under their own store. They need a build that survives being compressed and shipped, and a model range deep enough to hold a budget line and a premium line at once.

Why our price is lower than the showroom's
Because there is no showroom. We bond our own foam, quilt our own covers and assemble our own spring units, then sell the finished sheet directly to the trade. Nothing is bought in and re-badged, so nobody takes a cut between the machine and your godown.

Bonding the core
Foam layers are glued into a single core on our own line. Bonded builds are pressed and left to set so the sheet keeps its shape under load.
Cutting to size
Cores are cut to 6 x 6 ft, to 3 x 6 ft for single panels, or to a non-standard size you specify for a particular project.
Quilting the cover
Face fabric is quilted in-house — the diamond and floral patterns you see on the models are stitched here, not bought in ready-made.
Assembling the unit
Spring models get their Bonnell or pocket-spring unit built and framed on the same floor, then the core and cover come together.
Closing and finishing
Sides are taped, handles and vents fitted, and the sheet is closed. This is where most of the hand stitching happens.
Checked, wrapped, loaded
Every sheet is inspected, wrapped and stacked with the invoice that carries its warranty terms, then loaded for your transport.

Core before it is covered
Thickness and build are verified against the model spec while the core is still open — once the cover is on, nothing can be corrected without cutting it back.
Size and squareness
Panels are measured so a consignment of forty sheets actually fits the frames, beds and berths it was ordered for.
Stitching, taping and handles
Seams, side tape, handles and vents are checked sheet by sheet. These are the parts that fail first under hotel and hostel use.
Paperwork on every consignment
The GST invoice leaves with the goods and states the warranty on that model. It is the document your buyer will claim against.

Check a sample first
Nobody should commit to twenty sheets on a photograph. Ask us for a sample of the model you are considering and we will tell you honestly what is possible — a sample panel, a visit to the line, or a cut-away of the build so you can see the layers yourself.
Billing and payment
Every consignment leaves with a GST invoice, and that invoice is the warranty document for your buyers. Listed prices already include GST; delivery is free in Delhi and Noida and freight is added at actuals for your delivery city elsewhere. The advance and balance terms are confirmed with you in writing before anything is dispatched. Pay online at checkout, or on delivery with a 30% advance.
Buying mattresses in bulk, without the guesswork
Most of the people who buy from us are not shopping for a bed — they are filling a building. A dealer restocking a showroom floor, a hotel refurbishing forty rooms, a hostel warden replacing worn sheets before the new session. What those buyers need is a straight answer on price, a clear minimum quantity and a mattress that behaves the same way in the fortieth room as it does in the first. That is what we build for.
Choosing the right build for your buyers
Foam sheets are the workhorses. Bonded foam stays firm and cheap, which is why Ecolife and Echo Gold move in the largest volumes. Softy-foam layers on top, as in Sandwitch or Silver Plus Soft, buy you a more comfortable surface for very little extra per piece. Orthopaedic sheets add a felt layer and a denser core, so the surface stays flat under heavy use — the usual choice for contract supply where nobody rotates a mattress. Spring units bring bounce and airflow: Bonnell for a traditional feel, pocket springs where two sleepers should not disturb each other. Natural latex sits at the top — breathable, dust-mite resistant and covered for twenty years.
Thickness and firmness
Four inches is enough for hostels, staff quarters and guest rooms that see occasional use. Five inches suits hotels and homes where the mattress is slept on every night. Six to eight inches is for premium rooms and the flagship models. On firmness, our rule of thumb is simple: institutional buyers should stay medium-firm to firm because those sheets last longer, while hospitality buyers usually want soft to medium so the room feels generous.
Minimums, prices and freight
The minimum order is 20 pieces in 6 x 6 ft, or 40 pieces in 3 x 6 ft, and you may mix different models inside the same consignment. Every price shown on this site is for the 6 x 6 ft panel and already includes GST. Models listed as "price on request" are quoted against your quantity and delivery city. Delivery is free in Delhi and Noida; everywhere else freight is billed separately at actuals — we confirm it with you before anything is dispatched.
Care and warranty
Keep sheets flat and dry in storage, never folded across the core. Rotate them head to foot every few months where the same person sleeps in the same spot. Use a fitted protector in hotel and hostel use — it is the cheapest way to keep a cover looking new. Warranty runs from six months on the entry models up to twenty years on Natural Latex Plus and covers manufacturing defects such as sagging beyond tolerance or stitching failure. The invoice is the warranty document, so file it.

What happens after you order
Every order goes through the same five checks. Nothing is dispatched on a guess — the quantity, the price, the delivery details and the tracking are all confirmed with you by name before the sheets leave the factory.

Models, sizes and quantities, straight from this site. Nothing is charged at this point and nothing is booked yet.

We confirm the order
We call or WhatsApp you back with stock, the final price for your list and freight to your city. The order is only confirmed once you agree to those numbers.

Payment and invoice
Pay online at checkout, or on delivery with a 30% advance confirmed in writing beforehand. A GST invoice is issued for every consignment — that invoice is the warranty document.

We verify the delivery
Before the vehicle is booked we re-check the delivery address, the contact person who will receive the sheets, the unloading point and any documents your state needs.

Courier or truck, tracked
The consignment goes out by courier or goods carrier with a tracking or consignment number shared to you, so you know where it is before it reaches your door.
Anything that changes the amount — a model swap, an extra twenty pieces, a different delivery city — is confirmed with you before payment, never after.

Freight
Delivery is free in Delhi and Noida. Elsewhere, transport is billed at actuals and depends on your delivery city and how many sheets you are taking. We quote it against your list before you pay anything, so the final figure is never a surprise.
Packing for the road
Sheets are compressed or flat-packed as your transport and your storage allow. Compressed packing suits resellers shipping single pieces; flat packing is the usual choice for a full consignment going straight into a building.
Loading and paperwork
Loading help at our bay is included, and the consignment leaves with the GST invoice and the warranty terms for each model printed on it. Ask us for the vehicle documents you need for interstate check-posts.
