How Wholesale Mattress MOQ & Pricing Actually Works

First-time wholesale buyers usually have the same two questions before placing an order: how many pieces do I actually have to buy, and what's really included in the price. Here's how it works on our factory-direct model.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Our two standard sizes carry different minimums:

• 6 x 6 ft — minimum 20 pieces
• 3 x 6 ft — minimum 40 pieces

This minimum applies to the whole order, not to each individual model. If you want five Pocket Spring, ten Orthopaedic and five Foam in 6 x 6 ft, that's a valid 20-piece order — you don't need 20 of the same model.

What "GST-inclusive" means on our price list

Every price shown on a product listing already includes GST. There's no separate tax line added at checkout — the number you see is what you pay, and a GST-compliant invoice ships with the order for your own input-tax-credit claims.

Delivery and freight

• Delhi and Noida: delivery is free.
• Everywhere else in India: freight is quoted separately, at actuals, based on your delivery city and order size. We don't mark up freight — you pay what the carrier actually charges.

Custom sizes

If your project needs a non-standard dimension — an older bed frame, an institutional cot size — we cut mattresses to order. Share the exact size and the quantity you need with our team, and we'll confirm feasibility and a quote before production.

Warranty terms

Warranty is set per model, ranging from 6 months up to 20 years depending on the build. The exact term for what you ordered is printed on the GST invoice that ships with the goods, so there's no ambiguity about what's covered.

A simple first-order checklist

1. Decide your size — 6 x 6 ft or 3 x 6 ft (or a custom size, quoted separately)
2. Mix models to reach the 20 or 40 piece minimum
3. Confirm your delivery city, so freight (if outside Delhi/Noida) can be quoted upfront
4. Check the warranty term on the model(s) you're ordering before confirming

Message our team on WhatsApp with your city, size and rough quantity, and we'll put together a quote the same day.
